Produced by Belgrade Urban Distillery, Branko Premium Apricot is an aged apricot rakija, a style known throughout Serbia and the Balkans as kajsija or kajsijevača. The distillery produces its rakija using traditional double-distillation methods in small copper stills, with the final ageing, analysis, bottling and labelling taking place in Belgrade.

What separates Branko Premium Apricot from many younger fruit rakijas is maturation. Its apricot distillate spends at least 24 months ageing in oak barrels, allowing fresh fruit character to develop greater depth and structure.

The producer describes Branko Premium Apricot as having an old-gold colour, strong body and pronounced aromas of ripe apricot. It is bottled at 40% ABV and recommended slightly chilled, allowing its distinctive apricot character to remain at the centre of the experience.
