Returns
Ordered the wrong item?
Please contact us to arrange a return.
Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer.
We will issue a full refund for the goods within 30 days.
Received the wrong item?
If your order has been packed incorrectly please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order (ASAP) and we will organise pick-up of the incorrect item and send out the correct one.
Please note we do not offer any exchanges for items nor offer any refunds for change of mind.
If your parcel was damaged by Australia Post please send us an email at hello@podrum.com.au and quote your order number and date of arrival. We will contact Australia Post organise either a replacement or full refund for the damaged items.
