Movia Puro Rosé is an extraordinary Slovenian sparkling rosé from the renowned Brda wine region, made from 100% Pinot Noir. Unlike conventional sparkling wine, Puro is released without disgorgement, allowing the wine to continue developing on its natural yeasts right up until the moment it is opened.
IMPORTANT — HOW TO OPEN MOVIA PURO
Puro Rosé is intentionally sold undisgorged, meaning the natural yeast and sediment remain inside the bottle. It should not be opened like an ordinary bottle of sparkling wine.
Before serving, place the bottle upside down for 24 hours at approximately 0°C so the sediment collects in the neck. Keep the bottle upside down and do not shake or turn it.
Submerge the neck of the upside-down bottle in a bucket of cold water and slowly remove the cork. Once released, keep the neck underwater for approximately 1–2 seconds while the pressure expels the sediment and yeast.
Turn the bottle upright and Puro Rosé is ready to serve.

Brilliant pale pink with a delicate copper tint and fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, blood orange and pomegranate lead into more complex notes of pastry, vanilla, almond, butter and bread crust, with Mediterranean herbs appearing through the finish.
The palate is bone-dry yet beautifully balanced, combining youthful freshness and pronounced minerality with an elegant structure. Red orange and wild strawberry linger through the long finish.
