100% Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is one of the most valued. Therefore, it is the least common variety and has very beneficial properties.
Extra virgin limited production. Sotaroni comes from the Arbequina olive, a variety with little production in the Valencian Community. This circumstance makes our olive oil almost exclusive in the area. In fact, this olive tree is one of the 10 most important single varietals in Spain.
El extra virgin olive oil of variety arbequina It is a clear, light green oil. As well as very fruity, with notes of apple, fresh grass and almond. With a great fragrance, sweet taste, very little bitter and spicy. With a low acidity (0.11 aove Sotaroni)It is an ideal oil for cooking at low temperatures due to its softness and its fresh aroma.
