Badel Korlat Fig Liqueur is a unique naturally sun-dried sweet fig liqueur, enriched with scented carobs. Perfectly Balanced, seductive sweetness and irresistible fragrance.
Korlat brandies and liqueurs are made from the best natural ingredients, in small batches, with special care and patience in order to obtain top quality products. The Korlat goal was to interpret traditional drinks in a modern way, creating unique and innovative flavors.
In the development of their new products they collaborated for the first time with external experts and collaborators, who joined the Badel experts. They conducted three rounds of blind testing with renowned bartenders, chefs, professors of the Faculty of Agriculture and Food and Biotechnology, and hospitality and tourism workers, whose feedback was crucial in finalising the recipes.
Vesna Jurak, master distiller in Badel and main author of the collection, said: “Our Korlat collection of brandies and liqueurs is based on craft production, and we have perfected our recipes over the years. Our interpretation of tradition in a modern way is unique, such as our višnjevac, made of Benkovac maraska, enriched with Hvar lavender.”
