Moć Planine (Mortch Pluh-nee-neh) translating to "Power of the Mountain" is dedicated to pure quality and only use the best locally sourced ingredients. The plums are handpicked and only the ripest plums are selected and then cooked in battered pans over low heat with constant stirring until the desired aroma and taste is obtained. This is the ultimate spread for pancakes/ palačinke.

When we say plum jam, we think of our grandmothers recipe. These jams are prepared according to their old recipes, to preserve the taste and authenticity! Homemade plum jam produced from a specially selected variety of plums picked at the foot of Kopaonik.

Fruit Butter? Butters are made from pureed fruit. They are not as sweet as preserves, jams, or jellies but offer a full fruit flavour. Butters are cooked for over 6 hours ,at a low temperature, allowing the product to thicken. Butters tend to be dark because of the exposure to air during the cooking.
