Dingač Pelješac Red Wine 750ml
Dingač Pelješac is from a relative of the zinfandel grape, Plavac Mali is a grape native to Croatia. Its hallmark flavours are raspberry, ripe cherry and coconut and features a rich and silky character. It’s a wine for boldly flavoured stews and it is a wine to drink soon.
Peljesac Plavac Mali dry red wine is produced by Vinarija Dingac, a co-operative that has been making wine since 1902. They have two noted vineyard sites that benefit from what is known as triple insolation. The vines get direct sunlight, reflection from the sea and reflection from the rocks. This allows the native Plavac Mali grape to get ripe and powerful. Plavac mali wine from the Dingač region of Croatia is also referred to as "Dingač".
