Crafted as a blend of plum brandies aged between 11 and 20 years, the "XI" in its name represents the youngest distillate in the blend. The term “Grand Cru”—from the world of fine wine—reflects the superior quality of the plums, handpicked from specially selected orchards with optimal sun exposure.
