Premium plum Bojkovčanka, 10 years old, is a toasted plum of an intense amber color with a shade of Ducat yellow. A very complex, heavy but pleasant, intense vanilla-type scent, dominated by the scent of the autochthonous plum variety Red Ranka. The fragrant elements of the bouquet formed in the mulberry vessel are clearly present. The taste is also complex, full, rounded, harmonious, slightly astringent, drinkable, with a cognac character. The subsequent part of the taste is pleasant, spicy caramel-vanillin type, at the end long and velvety sweet. It is consumed at room temperature. But know, before it arrived on the table, the woman from Bojkov collected the best from a wooden barrel for ten years.
