One of the most instantly recognizable Champagnes of all, Moët & Chandon's Imperial Brut has been around since 1869. Made from over 100 different wines of which around a quarter are reserve wines which ensure consistency of style, it's a classic blend of about 30-40% Pinots Noir and Meunier with the rest being Chardonnay. It makes a lively and elegant Champagne with apple and pear aromas and brioche notes on the palate, that deliver an impressive depth and elegance.

When to drink:
Supremely seductive and elegant it's the perfect aperitif Champagne and great with seafood like oysters and mussels.
