From the peppers carefully cultivated in Šumadija, Vojvodina and Southern Serbia, we make red peppers spread Ajvar, based on traditional Serbian recipe. Red peppers are roasted on wood and peeled by hand, cooked in bronze pots thus making finely salted Balkan delicacy. Our Ajvars are made 100% from red peppers. Every jar is produced from healthy red peppers and has the same taste as Ajvar you ate at your grandmas’ kitchens, but in accordance with the highest food quality and safety standards.
